Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse implementation is set for January 6, 2020.
An act of Congress directed the Secretary of Transportation to establish the Clearinghouse for
employers with Drivers who perform safety-sensitive duties under Federal Motor Carriers Safety
Administration (FMCSA).
Employers with employees and applicants who operate rated vehicles that are covered under 49 CFR
Part 382 will need to register their Drivers in the Fall of 2019.
Preferred Alliance, Inc. will be offering assisting to our clients with registration and electronic queries
